Thank-you for shopping at Rock Patch! I hope your experience has been enjoyable so far. Here are my policies and proceedures.
Payment
I accept Pay Pal which means all major credit cards.
***If you live in the state of Texas, you must add 6.25% to your order!!****
On the Inspired items, I will quote you a price and collect a non-refundable deposit upfront. When the jewelry is finished, I will e-mail you a photo of your inspired jewelry and if you are satisfied with the way it looks, you will send the remainder of the amount before it is mailed to you.
Shipping
I ship almost everything first class with delivery confirmation and carfully pack everything in pretty little boxes with colorful tissue paper and ribbons. You should receive your jewelry within 2-7 business days (if you are in the USA). $5.00 will be added to your order for shipping unless you check one of the other options: (pick up or 2 day). Customers in countries other than the United States are responsible for any customs costs incurred. If you would like faster shipping, please select it on the drop down menu at checkout.
********Please always allow extra time for shipping during the holiday season.********
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason, you are not happy with your piece, I will gladly exchange it for another piece the same price. (Any exchange must be returned within 7 days and pieces must be returned undamaged in the same packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping)

***Rock Patch Jewelry has small parts and can be broken and is not suitable or recommended for children under the age of 4!***
